A Soothing Blend
According

arthritis, rheumatism, and carpel tunnel. Combine with warm compresses for best
results. Relief for these issues can also be effective in a bath using 4-5
drops agitated in the water or using a dispersing agent.

blends are very effective against headaches and migraines. Topical massage
application to areas of origin and discomfort is effective. Follow up using cup
and inhale, diffuse, or carry a tissue cup and compresses.
Use
topically with light massage with a carrier for children’s growing pains.
